Macaroons

1 cup ++ a little extra dried, unsweetened coconut (make sure it’s not sweetened)
1 date
1 prune
1/4 tsp vanilla

Throw it all in the food processor and blend for a minute or so until everything is finely chopped. It will look like a paste. Use a tablespoon to measure each, roll into balls and roll in some more coconut.

Place in a  dehydrator at 115 overnight just to keep them raw, but you could throw them in the oven at the lowest temp for a few minutes.  Anything heated to over 118 is no longer raw.
