Gabrielle Brick’s Detox Juice

This is from Gabrielle Brick’s Blog

  • 2 Organic Lemons
  • 3 Tablespoons Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil
  • 6 Tablespoons Raw Honey or Liquid Stevia
  • 6 Cups Purified Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 Organic Pear
  • 1/4 Cup Aloe Vera (Leaf or Gel)

How To Prepare

Place the 6 cups of purified water into your blender. Next, remove the yellow skin from the lemons keeping pith intact; quarter and place in blender. If you have FRESH ALOE (recommended) cut a quarter of the leaf and fillet it placing only the clear gel into blender. If using bottled aloe, please get the organic aloe gel.  Next you will wash and cut the pear adding that and the rest of the ingredients to your blender and blend on high for a few minutes. This will make 8 – 10 cups.

You want to drink ALL of it in one sitting; take your time and remember to also chew your liquids allowing your SALIVA to mix well as this begins the digestive process.

Again remember to begin your day with Electrolyte Lemonade for the next 14 days and watch your body transform! Enjoy the process of elimination on all levels and allow yourself to FEEL…. feeling is the KEY to understanding your environment and the life around you… it is the KEY to letting go… loving and LIVING!

  1. Hi, I just have a few questions as I am dying to try this detox (I feel a little overloaded from straying from my regular healthy diet). Is organic honey the same as raw? Could I use agave instead of honey and is the Electrolyte lemonade the same as the detox juice recipe? Thanks!

Organic and raw are not the same. Raw means that the honey has not been heated over 118 degrees. Most pasteurization processes heat above this temperature killing healthy enzymes. I use a raw, organic honey I bought at Whole Foods. I have also used Agave, however I would try to use a “raw” for the same reason. Most often I will use Stevia because I don’t want all the sugar, but it is really an acquired taste with Stevia.

This is about the same as Electrolyte Lemonade. I have seen them made with apples instead of the pear. The premise is the same, however… the lemon and oil detoxify while boosting the immune system. Citrus pectin restores absorption of fats. Other fruit enhances flavor.

If you think you are really toxic I would try to go to a mostly or all raw vegetable diet for a couple of days before you do this juice. It may help with how hard and fast you detox. I have tried this juice after eating poorly and got pretty sick. I usually do it after a few days of pretty clean eating so that I don’t rush my system too badly.

Also, I am no expert. Peek at Gabrielle Brick’s blog for more insights, too! Hope this helps.
Let me know how you do! 😉

      • Thanks so much for your help! I havent been able to access Gabrielle’s posts when I go to her page and it wont let me sign in for some reason. Just one more question, after the first day of drinking it, do you drink the same amount for the next 14 days? Thanks again!

You can do up to 14 days and yes the same amount. It is important to do it all in one sitting.
I did 3 days the first time, 5 days the second, and 10 days the third. I have not been able to do all 14 yet.
Be sure to eat clean each day that you do it!
Good luck to you! I hope you feel amazing!
