Woke up with KILLER HEADACHE. Achy all over. Skipped Plyo. MAN. I am SO BAD. I need to get a handle on my workouts and FAST. I just didn’t have it in me this AM. Tonight I am doing a 25 min run/walk and I have class so I may try to double up Plyo and Shoulders and Arms tomorrow so that I am still on schedule. I think I can do that.
- Brown Rice, Parma, and Earth Balance
- Vega Thin Mint Shake
- Leftover green salad from last night with quinoa, garbanzos, and grilled zucchini stirred in.
- Black Bean salsa salad
I am going to go a little hard-core here so stop reading if bodily functions freak you out. I have had great elimination the last few days. There is a lot to be said about eating so clean. It’s like energizing to have this kind of digestion. I am tired and lethargic to a point. My head is definitely telling me I am detoxing (mild headache now) and things seem to be moving along well, but this elimination compared to the last day 3 of cleansing elimination is night and day! I can totally tell I am healthier.
I am also noticing the differences in my cycle off of hormones. Not a pleasant difference. I remember now why I went on them in the first place. This will take some adjusting. I wonder how the body handles removing all of those hormones from my system. I think that deserves some research in my spare time… none the less I am happy with this decision and the results will be whatever they are. I am content with that.
I was hungry each time I ate and full when I finished. I felt faint at around 3:45 so I ate (I literally had to tell the person I was training to excuse me so I could do that because I was sure I would pass out). A little food and the feeling passed.
I am crabbier and irritable. I will workout tonight and that should improve. Off to go do that and spend some QT with the hubby and the cat!
