Today began waking up and wondering how I was going to walk. My abs and hips are so sore from last night and the ab/leg workout focused on them… I stretched out and headed down for Shoulders & Arms and ARX. Abs were sore too, so it was an edited version of ARX. I wanted to be sure not to over-do the abs and end up injured. Overall it was a successful workout. Hooray for getting back to P90X. I will not go a month between this program again, even if I only do a few workouts a week. It is that good!
The drive today took 7.5 hours because of accidents and construction. Needless to day that tonight the ab and leg soreness will be accompanied by stiffness and tomorrow will be an interesting day!
