Well, two weeks from today I am done with P90X and I leave for Spain.
I managed to make it 11 weeks without injuring myself and then my pulling the doubles last night did my knee in just a little bit. I skipped Cardio X this AM (will try tonight) and iced the knee instead. It seems better now, but I am going to have to be careful. It must have been tired from the run walk yesterday AM and then piling the Kenpo X kicks onto that last night, then doing push-ups on my knees, made it rather unhappy and it voiced it’s opinion. Silly knee. I will back off.
Food for today (% next to meals is for raw content):
- 1 ruby red grapefruit 100%
- soaked almonds 100%
- Lentil Tacos with Sprouted Grain Tortillas, tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, avocado, and Vegan Cheddar Cheese (Follow Your Heart brand) for our office Cinco de Mayo party. 25%
- Celery 100%
- Pista-Cado Brown Rice and a green salad 40%
Today was a very avocado-y day.
