Today’s Meal Plan:
- Breakfast: Waffles with Almond Butter and Raw Agave (I had a craving)
- Snack: Vegan Protein Shake with Maca and greens
- Lunch: Green salad
- Snack: raw almonds
- Dinner: blueberries. Long Story.
Mostly raw, I would say 80/20.
Well I had planned some big blog for today about the halfway point, but time was my enemy. To be honest I ate poorly and that was due to time, also. I am so glad I ate the waffles in the morning. Without them I never would have had enough calories.
