Today’s Meal Plan:
- Breakfast: Van’s Gluten Free Flax Waffles, raw almond butter, a little raw agave syrup, blueberries
- Lunch: Garbanzo Bean and Quinoa Pilaf, baked blue corn chips, some leftover Mexican rice salad
- Snack: almonds
- Dinner: Mixed green and herb salad with red pepper, onion, sunflower seeds, spring sprout mix and alfalfa sprouts with oil and vinegar
50/50 raw I think, because of dinner. No cooked at dinner at all!
Beverages: a gallon of water
I cleaned the house today. I hit 10,000 steps at 5:00 PM and 2867 calories by 9 PM. I should hit 3K cal burn today for sure, and it is my REST day, I am doing Yoga X tomorrow AM instead.
My house needed it. I did 8 loads of laundry, vacuumed all the upholstery and flipped the mattress when I changed the bed. That on top of the normal cleaning of the main level. It was a lot of work. I was glad to finish!
I also went grocery shopping and realized that I really need to clean the fridge, but there was no time. I will do that this coming Saturday when hubby is out of town.
Nights this week are busy because my oldest niece is in town visiting my parents and I want to go up at least twice to see her. I cannot wait.
This was a really good weekend for me. I feel more and more comfortable with this diet and my fears are subsiding.
