I lost 10.5 pounds since starting Bodybugg.
I have conquered two weeks of P90X Lean (modified for my knee) and am starting week 3 today.
I am exhausted and sore. I could barely hold my arms in defensive position for all of Turbo Jam Cardio Party this AM. My shoulders are WIPED. But I worked hard (392 cal, I normally get around 100 more but I was not able to be as into it and I had to cut out the last segment to be at work on time because I kept hitting snooze).
I am happy with my progress and that I am staying on goal even though I am tired. I will look back at this in 80 or so more days and know it was all worth it!
