I won’t post long, I stink.
Day 5 of the P90X week is supposed to be Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X. I can’t do the legs so I am doing Chest & Back. Holy push-ups batman.
I cannot do a regular push-up so I had to do them from my knees. I have a bad knee so this is also not fun. Actually, as I type this my triceps are BURNING. I’ll post more later when I can type and not be in pain.
P90X is CRAAAAAAAAAAAAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
