I was really stressed out about this weekend. Friday 5 hours in the car with dinner out with friends, entertaining friends on Saturday with a comfort food meal, then 5 more hours in the car on Sunday.
So far so good. I am NOT eating on my plan, but I have kept it within reason and have managed to maintain a deficit, something I would have never managed to do without the bugg.
I learned a little about which activities burn more than others and actually want to work that to my advantage. I will now look at folding and putting away clothes in a little different light when I do laundry, and as for vacuuming, that too!
Yesterday my workout was cut short because we had to leave the house for a showing, but I still met my calorie burn for the day so I was thrilled. I just had to watch what I had for dinner to meet the deficit I needed.
I have now made it one whole month without wine. I am starting to crave it less, something I am grateful for!!!!!
Tomorrow is both my weekly weigh in and also my first big coaching meeting. I am actually looking forward to both.
